2011.
In this issue of EarnForex.com newsletter I will remind you about the
most important Forex-related events of the last month and will also
show you the list of the site's latest updates.
*
Overview of the major currency pairs' performance in October*
*EUR/USD* — demonstrated a very robust upward trend with a rather
sharp fall on last two days. It was at its maximum at 1.4246 on
October 27, at its minimum at 1.3145 on October 4, finishing the month
at 1.3843.
*GBP/USD* — grew even better than EUR/USD in October. The highest
monthly rate was at 1.6151 on October 31, while the lowest — at
1.5270 on October 6. GBP/USD finished August trading at 1.6130.
*USD/JPY* — declined during the month until the intervention that
hit the currency pair on the last day. The pair rose to as high as
79.52 on October 31, reaching a bottom at 75.56 on the same day and
closing the month with the 78.27 rate.
*EUR/JPY* — rose moderately in October. The monthly high was at
111.54 on October 31, the monthly low — at 100.78 on October 4.
Trading ended at 108.36 for this currency pair.
*GBP/JPY* — behaved similarly to EUR/JPY, but more bullish towards
the end of the month. The maximum level for this pair was at 127.32 on
October 31, while the minimum — at 116.95 on October 6. The month's
trading ended at 125.74 for GBP/JPY.

Fundamental background of the past month*
October wasn't as rich on events as the previous month, but
there were some important fundamental news. The market was moved by
the
expectations and positive talks from the eurozone. Even commodities
started to
improve in October, as the solution for EZ debt problems became more
real with
the news of possible Chinese participation in EFSF

On October 31, Bank of Japan sent the yen down with a massive
currency intervention
