iPhone was the greatest invention of Apples Inc. They gave a new way of communication and business expansion and perhaps elegance was the keyword. But Apple did not stop on it, they kept striving for the betterment, thereby we witnessed the arrival of multi-tasking, multi-touch, larger screened iPad. The iPad news were on the air for long time and now its being officially out and pre-booking fever was on hype.
The question was there if the iPad will support iPhone applications and since the iPad operating system is very similar to iPhone, so iPhone applications will be available for iPad. rom the day one, smooth running of iPhone applications on iPad has been announced and no big complaints were received till now. iPad users can access to millions of developed iPhone applications and enjoy games on it.
iPhone is a small touch-screened smart phone, while iPad is a mini notebook with a larger screen. So, how these iPhone applications fit in the whole screen of the iPad? Or are they showed up in the middle of iPad screen covering 10 inches space?
Apple has already cleared all the misconception about these rumors. iPad device has an ability to run both screen setting that is why we call it multi-tasking device as well. When you run any iPhone application on iPad, initially, it will show you the same smaller display, but on bottom right of the screen, there is an option available that allows you to set the resolution as per your demand and stretch it and fill up the screen to experience larger size picture.
But if you are still worried about the picture quality if it is consciously stretched out, then many iPhone applications have iPad versions in the market. You can also have the customized ones for your iPads.
But interesting fact is that iPad applications are being developed on the large scale and seem to be quite expensive in their first launch. iPad developers justified it with added functions and features in new iPad. These iPad applications took more time and extra effort deserves high priced iPad applications.
As users of iPad, we hope to see iPhone applications work properly with large-screened iPad tablet.
